Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Once you've received and carefully examined your Vacuum Warehouse order, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we'll be happy to help you with your return. 

 

If you receive an item and it is damaged, call or e-mail us as soon as possible.  We will work with you to replace it, give you a credit on your next purchase, or credit your purchase amount to your credit card. 

 

By using our storefront and purchasing products from us, you signify your acceptance of this return policy.

 

Your return request must be made no later than 20 days after the original ship date. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our Customer Service Department. Contact Customer Service at:

Write the RA# clearly on the front of the return shipping box. Also, write the RA# on your original receipt, and enclose the receipt in the return box. The return must include all original packaging and components, and the original receipt. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your credit. 

 

Approved refunds will be issued upon our receipt of returned merchandise with the RA# clearly written on the outside of the package as well as on your original receipt, which must be included in the box with the return. Please be aware we DO NOT refund any shipping charges OR any postage you may pay. All merchandise that is returned must be POSTAGE PAID.
